Who we are

The Renewal Project (TRP) does not treat or diagnose mental or behavioral health disorders. We do not case manage or make provider recommendations. Our mission is to support those who want treatment for these disorders with financial assistance. If you are in need, we want to help. TRP will begin accepting applications soon. We believe that when someone is ready for change, ready for a better, healthier life, nothing should stand in the way. A life renewed is a life restored.

The TRP Provider Partner Directory is coming soon. Financial assistance will be available for these levels of care:

  • Residential or Inpatient Treatment

Inpatient or residential mental or behavioral health services refer to treatment programs where individuals stay at a facility for a specified period to receive intensive care for mental health or substance use disorders. These services are designed for individuals who require 24-hour supervision, structured treatment, and medical or therapeutic support

  • Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)

PHP is an intensive, structured mental or behavioral health treatment program that provides comprehensive care without requiring an overnight stay. It serves as a step between inpatient hospitalization and traditional outpatient therapy, offering a high level of support for individuals who need more care than weekly therapy sessions but do not require 24-hour supervision.

  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP is a structured mental or behavioral health treatment program designed for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient or partial hospitalization care. IOPs allow individuals to continue daily responsibilities (such as work or school) while receiving intensive therapy and support multiple times per week.

  • Recovery Residence or Sober Living

A Recovery Residence or Sober Living is a structured, substance-free living environment designed for individuals recovering from mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions. These residences provide a safe, stable, and supportive community where individuals can focus on maintaining sobriety and improving their mental well-being .

  • Talk Therapy and Counseling

Psychiatry and psychology are overlapping professions. Practitioners in both -- psychiatrists and psychologists -- are mental health professionals. Their area of expertise is the mind -- and the way it affects behavior and well-being. They often work together to prevent, diagnose, and treat mental illness. And both are committed to helping people stay mentally well.
